Peanut Butter Krispie Brownies

I made a new recipe for brownies yesterday. They are very rich and at first I wasn't very immpressed, but they kept growing on me and now I actually really love them. If you love chocolate and peanut butter, then you must try them...ENJOY!!

    Peanut Butter Krispie Brownies

1- Recipe of brownies (your choice) must make 9X13 size
½- cup salted cocktail peanuts
1- cup chopped Reese’s peanut butter cups
1 ½ cups milk chocolate chips
½- cup creamy peanut butter
½- Tablespoon butter
1- cup rice krispies cereal

Mix brownies according to directions, and bake 20-25 minutes in a 9X13 pan.
Remove from oven and top with peanuts and peanut butter cups, return to oven and bake 4-6 minutes more.
While they are baking, melt chocolate chips, peanut butter and butter. Stir in cereal.
Remove brownies from oven and pour chocolate mixture evenly over top.
Refrigerate at least two hours before serving.

Happy Saint Patrick's Day!!
(Finally a recipe)
Green Velvet Cupcakes & Cake Balls

Ingredients:
1 Box yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1/2 Cup water
1/2 Cup vegetable oil
1 small box instant vanilla pudding mix
1/2 Cup plain sour cream
Green paste food coloring
Frosting
8 oz softened cream cheese
1 stick softened butter
1 lb powdered sugar
1- teaspoon vanilla extract
Candy sprinkles
For Cake Balls- green candy melts
1.  Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.  In a stand or electric mixer, add cake mix, eggs, water, oil, pudding, and yogurt.  Beat on medium for 1 1/2 minutes.  Slowly beat in green decorating paste until you get desired color of green. Pour batter into paper lined mini cupcake tins.  Bake for 13-15 minutes or until cooked through.  Let cool completely.
2.  To prepare frosting, beat cream cheese and butter until creamy.  Slowly add powdered sugar until creamy and thick.  Divide frosting into 2 bowls then add in a few drops of yellow food coloring or decorating paste into one.
3.  Frost cupcakes and sprinkles if desired.
48 mini cupcakes
Note: I put remainder of cake batter in a sprayed 9"round cake pan and baked about 15-18 minutes. (this is what I used to make the 20 cake balls)
For Cake Balls- crumble the thoroughly cooled 9" cake and add 1/2-3/4 cup of the cream cheese frosting, mix really well with a spoon. Shape into walnut sized balls and place in the freezer for about 20 minutes. Melt candy melts according to package directions and dip cake balls in candy melts, letting excess drip off. Place on wax paper and immediately add sprinkles. Store in refrigerator until ready to serve. Enjoy!!
